A full-mortise automatic door bottom for wood doors. It is routed into the bottom edge of the door, so it stays mostly hidden after installation.
When the door closes, the plunger contacts the jamb and lowers the seal against the threshold or floor. This helps reduce drafts, light, dust, moisture, insects, and sound.
Use this where you want a clean concealed door bottom instead of a surface-mounted sweep. The automatic door bottom can be cut to fit and requires a mortise routed into the bottom edge of the door.
Insert options: Sponge EPDM / Neoprene, Nylon Brush, PemkoPrene, and Sponge Silicone.
