Louvers across the shutter.

Choose the material and color category. Classic Door helps with the remaining details after purchase.

How It Works

  1. Choose Western Red Cedar or Composite.
  2. Choose Standard Color or Custom Color.
  3. Place the order.
  4. Review the final details with a Classic Door expert.

Choose Your Material

Western Red Cedar
A rot-resistant wood and our recommendation for wood shutters. Some historic districts require wood.

Composite
A lower-maintenance option. Composite is often accepted in historic districts where other composite shutters are not.

The overall shutter style is the same in either material. Minor construction details vary by material and are handled by Classic Door.

Not sure what your historic district requires? Place the order and we can help you review the requirements. Both materials are the same price, so you can switch before the factory order is placed.

Color and Sheen

Choose a standard factory color or your custom color now. After purchase, choose low sheen or medium sheen with Classic Door.

Size and Final Review

The listed price is for one pair. Each shutter is 15" wide × 62" high. We confirm the measurements, color, sheen, hardware, and final details with you before the factory order is placed.

If another size is needed, we will confirm any price difference before ordering.

Custom Details

Custom rail or louver sizes typically add about $500 per pair. We will send the exact difference before ordering. You can keep the standard configuration if you do not want the added cost.

Changes and Cancellation

You can change the material, color, or final details before the factory order is placed. You may cancel within 30 days of payment, provided the factory order has not been placed.

Hardware and installation are separate.
