Carbide Countersink

Our go-to countersink for brass and bronze hardware.

Use it to deepen an existing countersink so a flat-head screw will sit flush. It is especially useful on bronze thresholds, hinges, strikes, and other hardware. It also works in steel.

We have had the same bit in service for more than 20 years. For some reason, it just works.

How to use it

Place the cutter in the existing countersink and remove a small amount at a time. Check the screw frequently and stop when the head sits flush with the hardware.
