Most of us don’t look forward to putting screws in by hand. This tool makes the task more enjoyable and lowers the risk of damaging the screw or the hardware surface.

The ball grip lets you apply constant downward pressure while you ratchet. One hand drives the screwdriver while your other hand stays on the screw head and driver tip the entire time. This keeps the tip seated in the screw, making it much harder for the driver to slip off and damage the surface.

That is the way we use it when installing hardware like handles, hinges, and brass screws. Once you get used to using it this way, you’ll wonder why all screwdrivers aren’t designed like this.

Includes a combo bit with Phillips #2 on one end and a flat head on the other. You can switch between the two with one hand. The flip takes a little practice, but it’s handy when your other hand is holding a door or piece of hardware.
